Read more...on the way back from our three-day colab work meeting, i got into a conversation with two colleagues (aly and dayna) about the size of country. i think aly and i were on the “the country is just too big” side of things and dayna was on the “we just need better structures and systems to manage the size” side.

Read more...earlier this week, i did some intentional learning about won buddhism. while we were at the won dharma meditation and retreat center for a colab work meeting, i wanted to do more digging into their what and why than i did the first time. sitting in on their morning meditation, i got to experience some of their routine.
Read more...on the third day of the on being gathering, i got to experience a session on narrative medicine with lewis mehl-madrona. he is a physician and indigenous wisdom teacher and the sweetest guy. he taught a session called “speaking in order to listen, listening in order to speak” and it was just great.
