the other day i saw an article that made me feel validated in something i’ve been saying for a while. i’ve felt quite… frustrated isn’t the word, but it’s the only word i can come up with right now, with initiatives that take the “teach [insert oppressed group of people] to [insert profession of someone from the owning class]” approach.

so i told myself i wasn’t going to write blog posts until i finished with my book edit. well the book edit is taking longer than i had hoped (largely due to my own inconsistency of editing) so i think i will occasionally drop a thought here and there just so i don’t lose them.

back at evolutionary leadership (s/o c/o 2017!!!), gibrán introduced us to the death meditation. the way he lead it for us was a guided meditation through the last year (i think?) of our lives. it was super powerful.
